At Samarana, every object is thoughtfully selected and carefully packed. As many of our products are handmade or crafted in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and form are a natural characteristic of the making process and make each piece uni

Returns

We currently accept returns only if:

  • The product arrives damaged during transit.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@smarana.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Preference for a different colour, texture, or finish
  • Natural variations in handmade products
  • Minor irregularities that are part of the handcrafted process
  • Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacements

Where possible, we will replace damaged or defective products. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Returns must not be shipped without prior approval from our team. Return instructions will be shared after your request has been reviewed.
